Item 200 - Fourth Amendment to the Agreement Between the City of San Diego and SAP Public Services, Inc. for Software Licensing, Maintenance, Support, and Technical Advisory Services Related to the SAP Systems of the City of San Diego
This item requests the approval of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor (or designee) to execute the Fourth Amendment to the Agreement with SAP Public Services, Inc. for software licensing, maintenance, as-needed support, and technical advisory services related to the City of San Diego’s SAP systems.
This action is required to ensure the City remains rightfully licensed, fully supported and able to engage SAP Public Services, Inc. for application support if needed.
Item 201 - First Amendment to the Contract between the City of San Diego and Neptune Software for licensing, maintenance, and as-needed support and technical advisory services related to the City’s mobile work management application known as BlueWorx
This action requests the approval of an ordinance authorizing the First Amendment to the Contract between the City of San Diego and Neptune Software US, Inc. (Neptune Software) for licensing, maintenance, and as-needed support and technical advisory services related to the City’s mobile work management application known as BlueWorx.
Neptune Software developed a 2 mobile application known as BlueWorx that integrates with SAP to facilitate the ability to receive, initiate, record and close out asset management work that is performed by City field crews. Today, BlueWorx currently has over 700 licensed department users from General Services – Facilities Division, Public Utilities, Stormwater and Transportation. In FY2025, over 125,000 work orders were processed through the application for various field crew assignments including pothole repair, addressing streetlights, traffic signals and maintenance of City facilities.
Item 202 - Annual Presentation of the City Treasurer's Investment Policy and Delegation of Authority to the City Treasurer to Invest Funds
Pursuant to California Government Code §53607 and §53646, the City Treasurer must annually request delegation of authority to invest or reinvest the City's funds and present the City Treasurer's Investment Policy to City Council at a public meeting.
This item would approve a resolution to accept the City Treasurer's Investment Policy for the Pooled Investment Funds dated January 1, 2026, and authorize the City Treasurer to invest the City's funds for a period of one year, from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
