Carrie holds a bachelor of science degree in Applied Mechanics with a minor in Chemistry from the University of California at San Diego (UCSD). Prior to joining Councilmember Campbell’s staff, Carrie worked in the electronic component manufacturing industry for 25 years with roles from engineer to most recently WW Director of Sales and Marketing. Additionally, Carrie has been very active in her community serving on the Clairemont Town Council for years, previously as the Vice President and President of the Clairemont Town Council Foundation. Carrie and her husband, Miles, also ran a rental house for previously homeless veterans. They provided a home for the first clients moved out of the Alpha Project tent. Carrie is an avid world traveler visiting over 30 countries. Carrie represents the community of Clairemont.
