Yvania Rubio (she/her/ella) is a Political Science and Sociology student with a minor in Business at the University of California of San Diego. Raised in Tijuana, Ensenada, Southeast Los Angeles, and San Diego. Ms. Rubio graduated from Hoover High School in City Heights. Ms. Rubio served as a Youth Commissioner for the city of San Diego, a Live Well Youth Sector Leader with the San Diego Superior Court of California. Organizations that Ms. Rubio has worked with consisted of Youth Will 501(c)3 and OTTA United 501(c)3.
