Board Members

Timothy Gordon Blood, Chair
Mr. Blood is a consumer protection lawyer and managing partner of Blood Hurst & O’Reardon, LLP. He is a nationally recognized class action litigator, known for his work in consumer protection, privacy, and data breach litigation since the early 1990s. His work has earned him national honors, and he played a key role in drafting and advocating for California’s landmark privacy laws, helping to set a national standard for digital privacy protections.

Ted Womack, Jr., Vice Chair
Mr. Womack, Jr. is the Civic Engagement Manager at Alliance San Diego, a grassroots organization working to build an inclusive democracy. Since 2020, he has led teams of community canvassers to engage voters, advocate for policy change, and promote civic participation through the lens of human rights and dignity. He develops and implements voter engagement strategies, trains community leaders, and represents Alliance San Diego in coalitions focused on voting access. His work empowers community members to recognize their impact and become long-term advocates for justice and equality.

Ike Anyanetu
Mr. Anyanetu is a co-founder of San Diego Privacy – a community organization focused on advancing the practice and understanding of privacy in the lives of San Diegans. He has a decade of industry experience in technology. He worked among other community members to understand privacy-related concerns surrounding the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) of 2020 and then helped create a community guide to understanding the CPRA.

Yaw Dapaa
Mr. Dapaa is a Cybersecurity Engineer Program Manager for Joint Tactics and Technologies (JTT). He has over 20 years of experience in youth and mental health advocacy, cybersecurity, and naval service. As a program manager at JTT, he leads complex projects while working closely with government customers to identify solutions. His role as an Information Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve focuses on supporting multi-domain maritime operations and space resiliency.

Iona Magdalena Donea
Ms. Donea is a technologist and educator with deep expertise in the history, policy, and evolving landscape of the internet industry. She has nearly a decade of industry experience and an academic background rooted in Communication and Science Studies. She currently serves as an Instructional Assistant and Research Assistant at UC San Diego’s Department of Communication, conducting research and providing individualized instruction in Communication studies.

Lee Michael Duran
Mr. Duran is a seasoned advisory and assurance professional with over 34 years of experience serving global and U.S. public and private companies across industries. He has held leadership roles both nationally and internationally, including over eight years in Japan and national leadership in private equity and venture capital sectors. In addition to his professional work, he serves as a board member for San Diego Coastkeeper and is a Firefighter I with CAL Fire, reflecting his commitment to both environmental stewardship and public service.

Matt Stamper
Mr. Stamper is the CEO of Executive Advisors Group, LLC (EAG), where he advises organizations on cybersecurity, privacy, and information security governance. He is a multi-time CISO with over a decade of industry experience. A former research director at Gartner, Mr. Stamper has worked extensively in cloud security, risk management, and IT audit, and has advised thousands of CISOs, CIOs, and board members. Through EAG, he provides virtual CISO services, compliance assessments, and security program development to clients across industries.
