Well + Fest
Building the overall well-being of our community through music, movement, and mindfulness. At Well + Fest, attendees can expect to walk into a safe, open, and educated environment where individuals feel supported in exploring integrative methods of versatile movement and mobility that encourage an overall healthy mental, physical, and emotional well-being. The highest quality or type of motivation is called ‘intrinsic’ motivation; doing something because the behavior itself is enjoyable, satisfying, or both. Finding the smallest amount of motivation to move can be challenging in doing so alone, but when provided a non-judgmental space, educated environment, and conscious community, obtaining a healthy and happy lifestyle can seem much more attaining. The goal of Well +Fest is to create connection, community, culture, and consciousness through music, movement, and art. So, attendees should be excited for an array of yoga, fitness, and mindfulness classes including standup paddle board pilates, HIIT, and sound baths to soothe the soul, local artists and musicians showcasing their work, and local holistic doctors and practitioners providing workshops that support any wellness journey. Be sure to work up an appetite and visit our food and snack vendors serving up healthy food alternatives at Hospitality Point.
