Labor & Wage Division

The Office of the City Treasurer’s Labor & Wage Division serves as the centralized home for the City’s labor standards enforcement and compliance programs.

The Division includes the Office of Labor Standards and Enforcement (OLSE), which administers and enforces labor and wage laws through the City’s Minimum Wage, Living Wage, and Prevailing Wage programs, as well as the administration of the Citywide Project Labor Agreement (PLA) on covered City contracts and projects. 

Together, these programs work to promote fair wages, protect workers, and ensure contractors and employers comply with applicable City labor standards.
