PERFORMANCE AUDITOR II

Jermaine Brooks joined the Office of the City Auditor in January 2024. Jermaine served as an Internal Auditor with the City of Phoenix where he conducted audits of departments, programs, and contractors citywide before joining the City of San Diego Office of the City Auditor. Additionally, Jermaine served as Accountant I and Water Customer Service Supervisor II for the City of Phoenix Water Customer Service Division.  Jermaine currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis on Government and Policy from Grand Canyon University.
