PERFORMANCE AUDITOR II

Ruixin Chen joined the Office of the City Auditor in July 2021. Prior to joining OCA, Ruixin worked as the Unit Head for the New York City Mayor’s Office of Management & Budget. There she supported financial planning and program evaluation for the City of New York. Ruixin holds a Master of Science in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
