SENIOR PERFORMANCE AUDITOR

Nicole (Niki) Kalmus joined the San Diego Office of the City Auditor in April 2021. Niki has worked on audits pertaining to lease management, Fire 911’s emergency response management system, and vehicle towing. She also helped develop the OCA’s Recommendation Follow-Up Dashboard.

Niki previously worked at the City of San Diego’s Performance and Analytics Department as well as Council District 3. She earned a Master of Public Policy with a concentration in program design and evaluation from the UC San Diego School of Global Policy & Strategy and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and French from the University of Hartford. In her free time, you can find her walking her dog along one of San Diego’s many dog beaches.
