The installation of nearly 2.3 miles of new recycled water pipe will begin September 29 as was determined at the project's pre-construction meeting today. The Carmel Valley Recycled Water Pipeline Project, a $4.7 million construction project, is funded by water rates, revenue bonds, capacity charges and state and federal grants. The project is estimated to complete construction in July 2011.
