Engineering & Capital Projects Department staff is presenting a small but significant water main replacement project to the Southeastern San Diego Planning Group tonight. Water Group Job 907 is a $275,000 capital improvement project that will replace 1,310 feet of deteriorated cast iron water main on portions of Hemlock St. and San Miguel Ave. The project is currently in the design phase with an estimated construction start date of March 2012.
