He has opened two galleries in the San Diego area, the flagship store in Solana Beach and the other in downtown San Diego. This was given to the Mayor by John Schafer, Area Vice President, Manchester Grand Hyatt. The artist collaborated with the Hyatt on his book 'San Diego: Through the Lens of Aaron Chang'.
