Yellow-painted 13 x 20-inch piece of wood designed as a postcard from the Border League of Chambers, Chula Vista, addressed to Mayor Wilson. The back reads: 'Dear Mayor Wilson: Please help us by asking President Carter to provide needed personnel to service immigration applicants and to operate all existing border gates at the San Ysidro Port of Entry'.
