Metal hook bookmark, 7 inches long, with the seal of Cavite City, Republic of the Philippines. Cavite is a city in the province of Cavite, Philippines, and the former capital of the province. Cavite City was founded as a town in 1614. In 1954 the Congress of the Philippines transferred the capital of the Province from Cavite City to Trece Martires City. This was donated by Governor Ramon 'Bong' Revilla. Cavite has been a San Diego Sister City since 1969.
