Ruth serves as the Director of Office Administration and Scheduling for Council District 2. In this role, she manages Councilmember Jennifer Campbell’s calendar and schedule inquiries. Ruth also provides administrative support to the Councilmember, Chief of Staff, and District 2 team. Ruth oversees the office’s day-to-day tasks and administrative duties. 

Born and raised in San Diego, Ruth is passionate about serving others and is always ready to serve her community. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
