In December 2017, the City Council approved the PDF icon corporate partnership agreement between Sharp HealthCare and the City. The partnership provides support to City programs, including sponsorship of the Senior Citizen Services Program and 54 free health and wellness workshops for San Diego residents.

Community Workshops

Sharp HealthCare is offering the community monthly prerecorded workshops for the remainder of the calendar year. Workshops were previously held at libraries and recreation centers in each of the nine City of San Diego council districts and were moved online in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and related prevention measures. Each video offers closed captions in English and Spanish. Note that workshop topics and schedules are subject to change.
