Park Beautification and Mulch Project

Come out and join us at Montgomery Waller Recreation Center for a mulch spreading event.

We are working on a mulch-spreading project to enhance Montgomery Waller Recreation Center and surrounding park areas, creating a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming space for youth, families, and community members. Your participation helps support an important neighborhood gathering place and strengthens community pride.

Duties Include

  • Mulch spreading
  • Trash pick-up

Please Note

  • You are required to wear your volunteer staff shirt or yellow vest during your shift if available.
  • Closed-toe shoes and appropriate, comfortable clothing are required
  • Recommend bringing a water bottle, hat, and sunscreen (event held outdoors)
  • Check-in is required prior to starting your duty
