Old Town Improv 1
Project Description
This project will replace about 4,560 linear feet (.87 miles) of 6-, 8- and 10-inch AC water main pipe with PVC mains and abandon 596 linear feet of existing 6- and 8-inch AC water mains in and around Old Town. Crews will also resurface approximately 4,842 linear feet (.92 miles) of streets by either asphalt overlay or slurry seal and curb ramps will be upgraded to meet ADA requirements, where required.
These upgrades will improve the water delivery system reliability for the Old Town area, reduce overall maintenance needs and costs, substantially reduce the potential for failure, repairs or service interruptions, and enhance safety by providing ADA accessible pathways.
