Trail For All People is a fully ADA accessible 1,100 linear foot loop in the Black Mountain Regional Park, the Jas Arnold Trail For All People offers amazing views in a quiet contemplative area with an emphasis on providing an inviting park space to people with mobility issues. The Trail features interpretative signage and four shade structures will space available to accommodate a wheelchair. The park opened in September 2016.
