Access information on how to secure your finances after a disaster, including protecting your credit and finances, dealing with property damage, housing issues, paying bills, and asking for help from banks, credit card companies, and other lenders. 

Department of Motor Vehicles

The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) can respond to questions and provide the forms needed to assist individuals in replacing DMV documents, such as driver licenses, identification cards, vehicle cards certificates and certificates of title, that were lost as a result of the disaster.

Locate Vehicle

To help return the streets and public property to pre-storm conditions, vehicles may be towed/impounded in order to complete street repairs, cleaning, debris removal and other necessities. Towing, impounding and storage fees for flood-related impounds will be waived by the City for up to 30 days.

National Flood Insurance

Apply for flood insurance to provide coverage against future flood damage.
