PRINCIPAL PERFORMANCE AUDITOR

Nathan Otto joined the Office of the City Auditor in September 2014, as a Performance Auditor I. He has worked with teams on a wide range of projects, including performance audits of Strategic Human Capital Management, Pedestrian Safety, Expedited Permitting, Brush Management, and Fleet Maintenance—the last two each received a Knighton award from the Association of Local Government Auditors for best performance audit reports of the year across the U.S. and Canada. Nathan has a variety of previous work experience, including a deployment with the U.S. Army. He has a Master of Public Policy from UCLA, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota.
