PRINCIPAL PERFORMANCE AUDITOR

Nathan Otto joined the Office of the City Auditor in September 2014, as a Performance Auditor I. Nathan has worked on a wide range of projects, including performance audits of Strategic Human Capital Management, the Climate Action Plan, Pay Equity, Expedited Permitting, Parks and Recreation, and several related to City finances.  Nathan has a variety of previous work experience, including a deployment with the US Army.

He has a Master's of Public Policy from UCLA, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota.
