Metal 13-inch sculpture of Aqua Caliente Tower, an historic entertainment center in Tijuana. The Agua Caliente Tourist Complex was formed in the 1920s and housed the Agua Caliente Casino and Hotel and the Agua Caliente Racetrack. Today it is one of Tijuana's paramount tourist centers and the location of some of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. Presented to Mayor O'Connor by Sr. Porfirio Diaz Gonzales Y. Jimenez, President, National Chamber of Commerce, Tijuana, for her participation in the 1992 Binational Chamber of Commerce meeting.
