Llandudno, Wales, Armorial Bearings in a 12 x 15-inch frame, heraldry consisting of Arms, Crest and Motto 'HARDD HAFAN HEDD'. The interpretation includes the Shield showing the church of St. Tudno and two lions of the Welsh Princes of Gwynedd. The Crest is the Welsh Dragon with the shield of the Mostyn family. The motto is 'Beautiful Haven of Peace' an expression of Queen Elizabeth of Roumania in 1890 to describe Llandudno. This was presented to Mayor O'Connor in 1988 by T.E. White, Mayor of Llandudno, Wales.
