Wooden plaque, 10-inch square, with a white 6-inch tile inset in the middle. The tile has blue and gold representations of the city's seal, a bridge, a Key to the City, and is inscribed with the words: 'City of Port Huron, Michigan, The City Midway on the Seaway' and 'Port Huron, a City of Progress'. This was donated by D.M. 'Scotty' Hanton, Mayor of Port Huron, Michigan; occasion information was not provided to the City Clerk's office.
