DVD titled 'Leon - Un Lugar Reservado Para Ti' (A Place Reserved for Thee), describing the City of Leon's economic development and promoting tourism. This was donated by Mayor Carlos Obregon, Leon, Mexico, when he visited San Diego in 1999. Leon has been a San Diego Sister City since 1969.
