Titles include To Win the Future, A Call to Duty, Time for Takeoff, Our Time Has Come, From Growth to Modernization, and Leadership for the 21st Century. They are stored in a blue velvet case with a personalized card to Mayor Golding and the Republic of Philippines' coat of arms on top. These were donated by Fidel V. Ramos, the 12th President of the Philippines from 1992 to 1998. Cavite City, Philippines, has been a San Diego Sister City since 1969.
