Silver plate, 4 inches in diameter, with a shield design in the center, stored in a blue leatherette box that reads: 'W.A. Sarmento, Joalheiros, 1870 Lisboa, which is one of the most eminent Jewelers in Portugal. This was donated on 10/5/81 by visiting Portuguese dignitaries.
