White, oval china dish measuring 9-1/4 x 12-1/2 inches featuring the Japanese training ship, the S.T. Seiun Maru. The ship was built in Yokohama, Japan, in 1968 and was operated by Japan's National Institute for Sea Training. She later became a Filipino Training Ship, the T/S Kapitan Felix Oca.
