C-17665 went to court- on April 9, 1984, the Superior Court, State of Cal if. under Case No. 511763 commanded the BZA to set asside their deci&ions of 9/21/83 & 10/5/83 on EQD report. & that a rehearing be scheduled- The Board moved to overturn the decision of the ZA, APPROVED Item (1) of the request as modified, and DENIED Item (2) of the request, subj to cond.
