Building permit records are for the construction of projects in compliance with the local, state, and federal standards for land use, zoning, and construction. For further info, visit the Building Permits page. - Historic Permits (1955 to 2002)
Note permits from 2003 to present are publicly available on OpenDSD - Plumbing/Gas Permits
A Plumbing/Gas permit is required for the alteration, addition or replacement of a plumbing system or portion of a plumbing system within or on any structure or premises. For further info, visit the Permits and Approvals page. - Mechanical Permits
A Mechanical Permit is required for the installation, alteration, replacement or repair of addition or replacement of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, or refrigeration system. For further info, visit the Permits and Approvals page. - Electrical Permits
