Morse-Pierce building at Sixth and F Streets, designed by architects Comstock and Trotsche. Their office was housed in this building and Ephraim W. Morse also occupied a suite of rooms there, who was politically active and partially responsible for the expansion of New Town, now downtown San Diego. The building was demolished in the 1950's.
