Location: We seek approval to hold a traditional pre-wedding Indian function called a Baraat (click the link for an example/explanation). In Indian custom, the baraat is the traditional groom's procession and entrance to the wedding altar. Similar to a parade, It involves music and dancing in front of the grooms vehicle. In our case, it will be a convertible car such as a Porsche, Ferrari, or Lamborghini with the grooms side safely dancing as the vehicle progresses at a walking pace.

We anticipate about 150 people involved in this entrance/procession dance. We would like for the event to start at 2 pm and end by 4 pm PST. As such, a tentative schedule is below to ensure transparency.
