The Lao Boat Racing Festival is an annual event that brings organizations together to celebrate the Lao traditional boat racing festival, cultural performances, music, and food.

Location: The festival will take place in the public park space south of San Diego Mission Bay Resort and north of the children's playground at Tecolote Shores North Park.
