Forever Lowrider Stamp Unveiling in partnership with the United States Postal Service and the San Diego Public Library. Join us on Friday, March 13th, at 11:00am at the Logan Heights Branch Library to celebrate the unveiling of the latest Forever Stamp featuring lowriders. There will be an unveiling ceremony, stamp panels for purchase, live music, and of course, lowriders!
