OCEAN BEACH BLOCK 50 CARD 3.tif OCEAN BEACH BLOCK 50 ~ 1q. ~ CARD #3 Lots 29 & 30, Fence Variance was approved by SCA, CONNIE BETH MC KINNEY sought to amend a previously approved variance to allow 1) a 4-0 11 high solid fence within the driveway visibility area where a maximum 3' solid fence is allowed; and 2) a 6' solid fence within the required front yard where a maximum height of 6' is permitted, provided the top 3' is 50% open in com-. pliance with design criteria; and currently to: 1) modify said 4' solid fence in the visibility area to a 9' high fence being 50% open for its full height where a maximum 3' is permitted; 2) allow a 9' combination solid and open fence where the lower 6' are solid and the upper 3' are 50% open within the remaining visibility area where a maximum 3' solid fence is permitted; and 3) allow a 9' combination solid and open fence where the top 3' is 50% open in the required front yard where a maximum 6 1 fence is permitted provided the top 3' is 50% open in compliance with the design criteria at 4821 Narragansett Avenue, R-1750 Zone C-21408 '.
