Rehabilitation Coordinator

The Rehabilitation Coordinator plans, coordinates, and supervises vocational rehabilitation programs for City employees disabled due to work-related injuries or illnesses. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments and administrators, developing re-training programs, conducting assessments, counseling employees, ensuring legal compliance, and managing program effectiveness. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and three years of professional-level experience in vocational rehabilitation, with specific experience under the California Workers’ Compensation Program.
