SAN DIEGO - Mayor Todd Gloria will be joined by City Council President Joe LaCava and Councilmember Jennifer Campbell to make an announcement regarding restroom closures in Mission Bay Park.
The restrooms were closed in July as part of spending reductions included in the City's Fiscal Year 2027 budget, which addressed a significant structural deficit.
