Written on the borders: Presented to Mayor O'Connor, We Are the World, San Diego Youth Month 1990, Immigrants All...Americans All. Donated by the San Diego Quilt Association, a non-profit organization whose purpose is to educate, support, and promote needlecraft and creative fiber arts. The annual quilt show is organized and run by an all volunteer team with the purpose of supporting quilt making.
