Carolena Enayati is the Chief Executive Officer of Response Ready LLC, where she leads strategic growth, partnerships, and community engagement focused on AED access, CPR training, and emergency preparedness.

She oversees initiatives that expand access to defibrillators and lifesaving training for businesses, schools, healthcare providers, and government organizations. Carolena works closely with community leaders and partners to support outreach, education, and public awareness efforts across San Diego County.
