Minimum of 2 participants required to qualify as an organized presentation with a maximum of 15 minutes. Please note you may add up to 20 participants in case some participants do not show up or you would like to add extra participants to ensure full allocation of time.
Organized Presentation Time Allocation
Each agenda item specifies the amount of time allotted per speaker (typically 1–2 minutes).
The total time for an organized presentation is calculated by multiplying the allotted time per speaker by the number of participants who signed up in advance.
Examples:
- Item 200: 2 minutes per speaker × 5 participants = 10 minutes total
- Item 201: 1 minute per speaker × 5 participants = 5 minutes total
Time may be reduced if a participant is not in attendance at the time the presentation is called.
