Supervises professional IT personnel responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and modifying complex information systems, providing technical support, and managing IT projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree and four years of professional IT experience, including two years at the level of Information Systems Analyst II. Must possess a valid California Class C Driver’s License.
