Requires two years of experience in mechanical inspections and one year in plumbing or HVAC work, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combinations of experience and education. Must obtain an ICC Mechanical or Plumbing Inspector certificate within two years of hire.
