A Pesticide Applicator performs chemical pest and weed control for landscape vegetation, applying restricted and other pesticides, diagnosing pest problems, and maintaining records. Minimum qualifications include one year of full-time experience applying pesticides in public parks or similar sites, or two years of grounds maintenance experience including six months of pesticide application, and possession of a valid California Qualified Applicator Certificate or License.
