A Plan Review Specialist II reviews building plans for single-family residences for compliance with water and sewer requirements, issues permits for accessory structures and land development, and performs related plan check and permit issuance duties. Minimum qualifications include three years of subprofessional engineering, drafting, land surveying, or building inspection experience, or an Associate’s Degree in a related field and one year of relevant experience.
