Special Event Traffic Controller II

The Special Event Traffic Controller II leads and participates in the work of traffic controllers, arranging transportation, setting up traffic control patterns, assigning personnel, and managing equipment for special events. Responsibilities include directing traffic, responding to public inquiries, issuing parking citations, and patrolling parking lots. Minimum qualifications include six months (900 hours) of experience as a Special Event Traffic Controller I and possession of a valid California Class C Driver’s License.
