Brandee Joyner

Brandee Joyner

From a young age, Brandee J knew she was called to make an impact. Raised in San Diego, CA, she drew strength from her father's military discipline and her mother's unwavering work ethic as a teacher and bank teller. Overcoming personal challenges, Brandee earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management while working full-time and becoming a mother at 21—proving early on that resilience and vision would define her journey.

Her path began in media, where she quickly made a name for herself. In 2015, Brandee became Executive Editor of Manik Magazine and went on to create NWFW+—the first New York Fashion Week event exclusively celebrating plus-size women. That same visionary energy led to the launch of Luxe Kurves Magazine, the first luxury lifestyle publication spotlighting curvy women of color, featuring major talents like Rick Ross and Torrei Hart.

In 2018, she expanded into digital media with The Brandee J Show on YouTube, inspiring audiences with authentic conversations, bold storytelling, and a mission to empower others to chase their dreams. Whether on the BET Awards red carpet or behind the scenes at NYFW, Brandee built a platform rooted in representation, purpose, and passion.

But in 2023, her mission evolved.

Seeing a gap in the visibility and marketing of women in sports—especially in professional tackle football—Brandee transitioned from media to sports, launching J Impact Marketing & Management Agency. Focused on elevating women in sports through brand strategy, athlete representation, NIL management, and team marketing, J Impact is breaking new ground. As the Director of Marketing and Brand Partnerships for the Cali War Women's Football Team, Brandee has helped grow the team's reach by over 120%, while securing high-level sponsorships, media exposure, and brand collaborations.

Now, with J Impact, Brandee is not just telling stories—she's building platforms for women to thrive in sports, business, and beyond. Her work bridges culture, impact, and innovation, proving once again that when Brandee J shows up, change follows.
