The City of San Diego's Utilities Undergrounding Program is thrilled to share this comprehensive list of currently active projects, each of which is advancing through the various phases of the undergrounding process. This monumental effort showcases the city’s commitment to enhancing the public right of way by replacing overhead utilities with safe and reliable underground lines. As projects progress and new ones commence, this list will be updated regularly.
