Brandon Hilpert is a NACOLE Certified Practitioner of Oversight and has over 9 years of experience in civilian oversight of the San Diego Police Department.  He lives in North Park. He is active within the community having served on the North Park Planning Committee for seven years as well currently a Board Member with the North Park Maintenance Assessment District. He earned a BA in Psychology and Political Science with a minor in Sociology from San Diego State University. Appointed Aug. 24, 2015.
