BERNARDO TRAILS #1 CARD 4.tif BERNARDO TRAILS /11 l c,-7 5" CARD //4 Lot 1988-ZA DENIED AS requested but APPROVED request of GEORGE AND JEANNETTE MARTY to: 1) maintain 122 linear ft. of combination retaining wall and solid wall observing 0'4" front yard, ranging in height from 3'-2" to 7'-3"; and 2) maintenance of 18 linear ft. of solid fencing 1'-9" in height encroaching a maximum of 4' into the public right-of-way along Bernardo Trails Drive, subj to conds., zoned Al-1 at the corner of Bernardo Trails Dr., & Pomerado Rd. at 18320 Bernardo Trails Dr. C-20084 11/2/88 Appealed to Board of Zoning Appeals on 1/18/89 to consider appeal from the decision of ZA in DENYING GEORGE AND JEANETTE MARTY'S request to maintain 1) a solid fence 77' in length ranging in heightfrom 7'2" to 91 6" measured at worst condition, observing 4" front yard at closest point along Bernardo Trails Dr. 2) forty-five linear ft. of solid fence ranging in height from 6'6" to 71 11", located within the 25' visibility area required at street intersections; 3) 10 linear ft. of fence ranging in height from 71 to 71 211 located within the 10 ft. visibility area required at the driveways; 4) 18 linear ft. of solid fencing, 11 911 in height, encroaching a maximum of 4' into public right-of-way along Bernardo Trails Drive where placement of such a fence in the requireds an encroachment permit; 5) 216 linear feet of combination retaining wall and solid fencing, ranging in ht from approximately 6' to 8'6" located within the street side yard; & 6) approximately 15 linear ft. of solid fencing currently under construction, measureing approximately 6' in ht. located in both front yard and in 10' visibility area required at driveways.
