ERICKSON SUB.tif \ ,J ERICKSON SUB 007 /(pg_ s:JW-11,25 Lot 2- The z.A. considered the request of Bernard & Luella Erickson, dba Red-E-Crete Co. of S.D. to insert slats in exist 6 1 hi chain link fence surrounding bldg materials storage yard where a 6 1 hi solid fence or wall is req, at 8508 Miramar Rd. betw Hwy 395 and 1-5, Zone M-lA and made the following decision: solid fencing is required on the east side; slatted fencing is required on the remaining three sides; however with permission of the property owner on the west, slats could be entirely deleted on that side. c-12442 7-30-74 Appealed to BZA- Appeal GRANTED- APPEAL In part sustained ~~~~-~~~~~~~~~~~~~9-------~------------~=:2~~---------------~==~=~~------------- Lots I & 3- BZA considered the appeal of SCOTT PRESSLEY from the decision of the ZA deneying his request to maintain paved parking encroachements into a reqd 10' landscape strip, but approving his request to constr. a 60' by 40 1 bldg observing all reqd yards & providing 3,200 sq. ft. of landscaping where 6,015 sq. ft. is reqd at 81f64 Miramar Rd in the M-lA & M-1B zone, cond., BZA DENIED THE REQUEST, upholding the decision of the ZA; WHEREAS, On 12/3/84 CITY COUNCIL considered the appeal from the decision of the BZA regarding the request for a zone variance to allow 4, 8 1 wide concrete parking areas for th, display of heavy duty trucks encroaching from 5 1 to 7 1 into the reqd. 10' landscaping strip reduction in the landscaping from 6,015 sq. ft. to 3,200 sq. ft.; & the Council of the Cit of San Diego granted the request & overturned the BZA's decision. 12/3/84 C-18472-.-------------------------------------------------------------- @
